HAIR CARE

This hair treatment is designed to strengthen and coat the hair, bring shine and stimulate growth, while protecting it. However, henna is not recommended for very light hair, due to the tint it will give more quickly than on dark hair. Do not hesitate to do a timing test on hair taken from your brush, or on a strand at the back of the head.

Recurrence

Once or twice a month.

You will need...

ghassoul, henna, orange blossom water, strengthening oil, castor oil

STEPS

1. Wash the hair with ghassoul: mix the ghassoul powder with orange blossom water (or plain water), apply the resulting paste to the scalp and hair evenly. Leave on for about ten minutes and rinse thoroughly, making sure to brush the hair and scalp well.

2. On clean hair (after the ghassoul or the following day), make a henna mask: mix the henna powder with orange blossom water (or plain water) to obtain a smooth paste. Please note, henna is a dye — use gloves if needed. Apply the mixture to the scalp and hair evenly.

3. Leave on for between 30 minutes and an entire night, depending on whether a more or less pronounced color is desired in addition to the treatment.

4. Rinse thoroughly.

5. Apply the strengthening oil to still damp hair while thoroughly massaging the scalp. Castor oil can be added to further stimulate the scalp.

6. Rinse or wash the hair the following day if necessary.
