Sa nouvelle identit\u00e9 adopte de nouveaux codes couleurs et packaging. Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en huiles essentielles et produits cosm\u00e9tiques bio, la marque, de plus en plus connue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale, souhaite ainsi prendre un nouvel \u00e9lan; d\u2019autant plus que d\u2019une petite unit\u00e9 avec trois produits, ses fondateurs sont pass\u00e9s \u00e0 150 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est en 1997 que trois chercheurs en cosm\u00e9tique et en phyto-aromath\u00e9rapie (Jalil et Fattah Belkamel et Youssef Dehbi), d\u00e9sireux de mettre en valeur le patrimoine et de le faire conna\u00eetre au monde, cr\u00e9ent Nectarome. Ils s\u2019inspirent alors des recettes de beaut\u00e9 traditionnelles marocaines revues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un savoir-faire scientifique moderne. C\u2019est \u00e0 partir notamment du romarin, des roses, de la fleur d\u2019oranger et des 50 autres esp\u00e8ces de plantes que l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Nectarome a mis au point une offre large de produits cosm\u00e9tiques pour les cheveux, les mains et les pieds, le visage et le corps. Pour \u00e9laborer leur gamme de produits, les trois chercheurs fondateurs cultivent un jardin bio-aromatique, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 35 km du centre de Marrakech. Nich\u00e9 sur la route de l\u2019Ourika, ce jardin, o\u00f9 poussent les plantes m\u00e9dicinales qui permettent de concevoir les cosm\u00e9tiques de la marque, accueille aussi l\u2019unit\u00e9 de production qui emploie une soixantaine de personnes. Ce jardin a deux missions: accueillir les visiteurs et leur faire d\u00e9couvrir, souvent de fa\u00e7on ludique, l\u2019ensemble des plantes.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les fondateurs de la marque y puisent une vocation scientifique, au service notamment de Nectarome. \u00abLa connaissance que l\u2019on acquiert, gr\u00e2ce au jardin, nous sert directement au niveau de la fabrication des produits\u00bb, indique Dr Jalil Belkamel, un des fondateurs de la marque. Enfin, ce jardin est aussi exp\u00e9rimental puisqu\u2019il permet de multiplier les recherches sur certaines plantes, et de savoir choisir le meilleur moment pour les couper. \u00abCe sont des conseils tr\u00e8s pratiques que l\u2019on donne aux agriculteurs de la r\u00e9gion qui sont aussi nos fournisseurs\u00bb. Depuis son installation, Nectarome a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un \u00e9co-syst\u00e8me autour de son site \u00e0 l\u2019Ourika puisqu\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019agriculteurs se sont lanc\u00e9s dans la production des plantes aromatiques et m\u00e9dicinales \u2013 sans traitement chimique - et approvisionnent l\u2019unit\u00e9. A tel point que les fondateurs pr\u00e9voient l\u2019ouverture d\u2019une seconde unit\u00e9 pour un investissement de 10 millions de DH. Objectif: renforcer leur part de march\u00e9 sur l\u2019international o\u00f9 la marque r\u00e9alise d\u00e9j\u00e0 50% de son chiffre d\u2019affaires (15 millions de DH). Outre la France, la marque est export\u00e9e en Allemagne, en Italie et en Grande-Bretagne. Nectarome a aussi r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 se faire une place dans le Moyen-Orient, les USA et le Japon et bient\u00f4t en Chine. Ses principaux clients sont les Spas, les h\u00f4tels, les centres de beaut\u00e9 en vrac pour les professionnels et en conditionn\u00e9 pour les particuliers.
